Chief Executive Officer

Niel Malan is Chief Executive Officer of NumiNova. He has spent more than two decades building demand for high-value businesses and advising founders on strategy, positioning, and growth. At NumiNova Advisory, he works directly with owners of independent wellness and longevity properties to identify the commercial opportunities that matter and turn market intelligence and relationships into measured execution.

Kalene Smalberger

Chief Operating Officer

Kalene Smalberger is Chief Operating Officer of NumiNova and a Chartered Accountant whose career began at PwC. Her experience across international companies and as founder of Aspire Health combines financial discipline with a measurable approach to leadership resilience and decision-making under pressure. At NumiNova Advisory, she turns strategy into practical priorities, clear measures, and disciplined follow-through.
